ebusiness solutions

The Web should be central to the company revenue stream.

Every writing engagement I accept promotes that objective.

Yes, the Internet is great at making processes more efficient and helping minimize the bottom line. That goal remains important. But businesses don't get great by saving money.

My emphasis is on showing how the Web and new processes can serve a company's top-line by:

  • Identifying new markets
  • Delivering new products
  • Creating new partnerships
  • Promoting customer service that takes your breath away

There is more to eBusiness than a Web site. My focus is on the issues that create the possibility of e-commerce:

  • Customization
  • Application Development
  • Infrastructure
  • Integration of legacy environments
  • End-to-end manageability

All from both a Business-to-business (B2B) and a Business-to-consumer (B2C) perspective.

I provide a spectrum of writing services for enterprises throughout the organizational life cycle.

speech writing
My corporate speeches are known for their use of humor and personal, interactive style, as well as depth of understanding about the issue at hand. Levity, brevity, and repetition.  I make good use of my growing database of humor suitable for business presentations.

business humor
Over the years I have collected a large number of business jokes suitable (more or less) for mixed audiences. I used most of these jokes in one speech or another. Ready to check one out? Click here for a sample joke from my business humor database.

John Kador, Author
Everyone has to live somewhere. I live and work in Winfield, PA,in the Susquehanna River Valley of central Pennsylavnia.  Winfield is near Lewisburg (home of Bucknell Univesity) and is about an hour north of the state capital of Harrisburg.

In terms of technology, I have a DSL connection John Kador, writer, author, gost writing, books to the Web and my office is fully networked with three workstations.

I have been reporting on the business of information technology since 1973. Since 1998, my work has been solidly focused on leadership, teamwork, quality, careers, and technology.  I believe that the Internet is transforming every aspect of our lives in ways that we have yet to understand. I predict that the changes will be more profound, happen more quickly, and be grander than any of us can hope to imagine.

I divide my time between writing books and a range of corporate writing services, including speeches, annual reports, scripts, case histories, white papers, and news releases.

My corporate clients include:

I have been affiliated with a number of publications, including:

My "One on One" column in Midrange Systems www.midrangesystems.com) still gets requested. Click here for my most popular columns, including the one with Cliff Stoll.

Yes, I actually had a corporate life before I became independent. I worked for seven years as a copywriter at a high tech advertising and public relations agency in Washington, DC. I'm grateful to Stackig Advertising and Public Relations for training me so well. I am more grateful to them for firing me so generously. Without their encouragement I never would have found the perfect career as a freelancer.
